Root Cause Analysis and Structured Problem Solving Training for GLOBE Service Management Team

Enthusiasm and Dedication are quite visible from the Service Management team of GLOBE Telecom as they recently completed their training on Root Cause Analysis and Structured Problem Solving last February 12/13/16, 2015.The training course is anchored on the 8 Disciplines (8D) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).  The Globe SMD team gave their commitment to operationalise what they learned during the training to further improve customer experience of their subscribers. Six Sigma BELT Guru will continue to help the SMD team to structure the 8D - RCA program for Globe Telecom.
